Julie leverages her marketing and personnel skills in assisting clients and candidates in the placement of senior staff and executive level Marketing, Sales and Operations management for emerging to Fortune 500 clients. Prior to her search career, Amy held leadership marketing positions with Kraft Foods.

    Dilip was educated and grew up in India, and started his career in marketing and advertising with leading ad agencies then with Xerox and Eli Lilly’s India JV, prior to moving to the United States with UTC's Otis Elevator Company in the mid-90's. Dilip leverages his 19 year marketing, communications, strategy and business development career with UTC and Otis, his business development expertise for emerging markets as well as his experience leading the Global Marketing efforts at Tyco International Fire Protection Products now to deliver world class human capital talent for our clients, across a variety of verticals and key functional positions.
