Julie Hipp leads the overall practice as a seasoned consumer products marketing veteran with over fifteen years of product management and new business development experience. Her broad range included leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, Totes Umbrellas and The Gillette Company as the Director of  Global Advanced Business Development. Julie leverages her marketing and personnel skills in assisting clients and candidates in the placement of Executive Level and Senior Staff  Marketing, Sales, CFO  and Operations management for emerging to Fortune 500 clients in North America and Europe.  Her extensive knowledge of product management, marketing strategies, direct sales, category management, trade marketing, account management, advertising, promotions, finance, and strategic planning offers career guidance to the confidential search applicant and a value-added resource to the clients that Impact Partners support. Ms. Hipp is a graduate of The University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Marketing. She  has served as the Board President of the Connecticut Autism Spectrum Resource Center for over 16 years .

Danatha Helm has over 20 years of business experience working both on the client side (in marketing, supply chain and talent management) as well as executive search. Her human resources background includes management of executive level talent acquisition as well as university relations and recruitment.
